Controller and contact
GrindHUD is operated by Boris Sabatier. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@grindhud.com.
Data and purposes
- Account: private email, public username, account identifier and authentication information managed by Supabase, to create and secure your account, recover access and manage beta access.
- Connected games: authorized profile identifiers, available matches, statistics and session summaries, to display history, performance and post-session insights.
- Operation: authentication sessions, necessary preferences and technical security logs, to operate the service, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
- Support: messages you send us and information needed to address your request.
Account and service processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting it. Integrations requiring authorization rely on your consent. Necessary session and preference cookies are not used for advertising targeting.
Visibility and providers
Your account email is not public profile information. Your username is public. Public FACEIT statistics may come from that provider; source and availability are identified in the product. Never send passwords or tokens to support.
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase provides authentication and database services; Resend handles transactional email. Game providers supply connected features. Processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable contractual safeguards. Contact us for details about recipients and safeguards.
VALORANT: prototype and consent
The VALORANT democontains fictional data and does not connect to Riot. The real integration is in development and subject to Riot approval. It will use Riot Sign On / OAuth and retrieve personal statistics only after player authorization.
The future linking flow will explain that linking permits authorized profile and gameplay statistics to be shared within GrindHUD. Players who have not opted in will not be displayed through this integration. Withdrawal, disconnection and deletion controls will be provided before the real integration is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Account and tracking data are retained while necessary for the requested service. Following a verified deletion request, related data will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal obligations and information strictly needed for security or disputes. Backups may temporarily retain copies until their rotation.
During beta, request account deletion, export or game-profile disconnection by writing to contact@grindhud.com, preferably from your account email. We verify your identity before acting; we never request your password. Browser sign-out is available in account settings and does not delete your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
